Shipping,Return & Refund Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Once dispatched from our warehouse, the order will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days.

In case you still haven't received your order in the above mentioned timeline, please mail us at houseofthiya@gmail.com with your order ID.

You can apply for an exchange if the product received is defective, damaged or if you have any issue with the sizing of the product.

The procedure for exchange is as follows.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at Houseofthiya@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

Once your request for exchange is confirmed by our customer care executives, we will initiate a reverse pickup request for your order.
Note: Reverse pickup facility might not be available on all pincodes & the customer will need to self ship their package to our warehouse in this case.

Our delivery executive will come to take back the package. Please make sure the products are packed safely so that there is no damage during the transit.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will go through a quality check. Once the product passes the quality checks and the product has not been misused in any way, we will ship the new product to you.

Note- Exchange can be done only once per order.

Cancellation or refund is not possible against any orders.

In case you want to return the product, the amount will be credited to the customer account in form of store credit.

Store credits can be used for any of your future purchases on our website.
